Swiss Classic World 2016 has blossomed into a remarkable classic car fair. This year, it will take place for the third time on May 28 and 29, 2016. With 190 exhibitors, the range on offer can be significantly increased. Between 8,000 and 9,000 visitors are expected, but organizer Bernd Link would not be unhappy if there were 10,000.
The Swiss Classic World sees itself as a complementary event to the many other well-organized and friendly classic car events in Switzerland. It is aimed at everyone who is interested in old cars.
The auction by Galerie Fischer with 23 fine classics and the fashion show by LU Couture are sure to be highlights of 2016.
The US hall was also expanded further and now features 20 exhibitors.
There will also be a private marketplace for the sale of classic cars (last places can still be booked) and ten classic car clubs showcasing their brands and activities. The umbrella organization SHVF and the interest group of vehicle restorers IgFS will also be on site.
In keeping with the times, historic electric vehicles will be on display in collaboration with the Lucerne Museum of Transport, while the Swiss Car Register has also come up with something special to mark its 20th anniversary.
The Borgward brand should also not be forgotten, which intends to use the Swiss Classic World as a communication platform as part of its relaunch.
And it should also be mentioned that Zwischengas, together with Swiss Classic World, Jungfrau Rallye and Fantastic Plastic, will once again have a large stand in Hall 2. The team is looking forward to every visit and exchange of opinions!
