The organizers of the Rétromobile Paris have announced that the current situation in connection with Covid-19 does not allow sufficient planning security to hold the trade fair on 2 to 6 June 2021 as already planned. The June date was also already an alternative date, as the Rétromobile normally takes place in February.
Now postponed by one year
Following the cancellation of the traditional February weekend, the new date for the 46th edition is now set for February 2 to 6, 2022. As usual, the trade fair will once again take place in the halls at the Porte de Versailles in Paris.
"People were really looking forward to the 46th edition. However, the way the pandemic is developing, a regular event in June 2021 would not be possible. So the enthusiasts and classic lovers will be able to meet again in February 2022. Our goal remains the same: we want to organize an exceptional automotive event that appeals to young and old enthusiasts," explains Jean-Sebastien Guichaoua, Director of Rétromobile.
The Rétromobile is not the biggest, but certainly one of the best classic car fairs ever. With over 1000 cars on display, 620 exhibitors, 120 clubs and around 60 artists in the world's largest art gallery for automobiles, the fair always attracts large numbers of visitors to Paris.
