On September 23, 2017, a late Audi Quattro Turbo 20V from 1991 was sold at the Classic Car Auction at the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre for an impressive £ 72,050 (EUR 82,115, CHF 93,925).
At the September auction, a 1988 Porsche 911 Carrera Supersport also sold for £99,000 and a Triumph TR6 for over £30,000. Both were well above the expected prices.
There were also other interesting classics up for auction, such as a 1970 Ford Capri three-liter model that found a new owner for £17,050.A Ford Escort RS Turbo from 1989 was bought by a bidder for £15,500, a BMW Isetta 300 from 1961 went for £14,850 and a Ford Fiesta 1300 S from 1979 fetched £5720. It should be noted that the car has not been driven for decades, but did not show 6000 miles on the speedometer.
In total, 77 percent of the 166 cars were sold.
