The Bonhams London to Brighton Veteran Car Run, one of the longest and most charismatic motorsport events in the world, will take place for the 122nd time this year on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Registration opens this week.
The unique character and appeal of the annual car pilgrimage attracts visitors from all over the world. Famous personalities such as Le Mans winner Jochen Mass, rock musician Nick Mason, BBC radio presenters Chris Evans and Ken Bruce, and many more have been spotted at this legendary event.
The Veteran Car Run is not a competitive event; the winner is the person who comes closest to their previously selected speed.
As in previous years, the Veteran Car Run serves as a fitting finale to the Royal Automobile Club's London Motor Week. Bonhams will also be holding a special auction in the theme of the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run.
