He is one of the great heroes of the rally scene, Massimo 'Miki' Biasion. He achieved 17 victories in the World Rally Championship (WRC), mostly driving a Lancia Delta Integrale, three first places went to the Delta HF 4WD, one to the S4 and in 1993 Biasion won the Acropolis Rally in a Ford Escort RS Cosworth. He became world rally champion in 1988 and 1989.
Biasion also took the wheel of vehicles such as the Lancia 037 Rally, Opel Ascona, Opel Kadett GT/E, Ford Sierra RS Cosworth 4x4 or full-blown trucks in the World Truck Championship (1998/1999).
And he still likes to turn the steering wheel today, as he will again at this year's Passione Engadina, which will take place from August 18 to 20 starting in St. Moritz. He will be taking his private Fiat 124 Abarth out of the garage for the event.
You can findout more about the Passione Engadina on the rally website.
Last places are still available if you hurry.
