No one will accuse Marc Sonnery of not having petrol in his blood. The internationally renowned book and car magazine author raced himself in the 1980s and has sat on board the Ferrari 333 SP, the 512M and the 250 LM. He has been publishing articles about exciting cars for around 25 years.
He also wrote books about the Ferrari 250 GT Breadvan and the Citroën years at Maserati. He also founded the Maserati Khamsin Register.
Bonhams could hardly wish for a better representative for the Geneva office; after all, Sonnery speaks a total of six languages and his interest in classic automobiles has never waned.
His network should ensure that Bonhams can continue to bring rare and special cars under the hammer in the future.
