One week after the OLMA, classic car enthusiasts meet, as in previous years, at the OLMA grounds in St. Gallen for the end of the season. The organizers Renate and Peter Hürlimann have once again been able to put together a varied and serious programme this year.
Three exhibition halls with over 100 exhibitors
Over 100 exhibitors from Germany and abroad will once again be presenting their products and services in three exhibition halls. In addition to the cars offered by dealers, you are sure to find a lot of things that you need to restore over the winter or that are still missing from your collection. From spare parts, tools, accessories, literature, care products and models to complete vehicles, there will be plenty of rarities on offer for anyone interested.
Various service providers such as saddlers, engine repairers, coachbuilders and classic car garage specialists can also provide help and advice if you have problems with your "own little treasure".
Special Lancia exhibition
This year's special exhibition is dedicated to the Lancia brand. The Swiss Lancia Club is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and will be presenting some great vehicles from the brand. The Oldtimer Club Ostschweiz and the Freunde alter Motorräder Ostschweiz will also be represented again with a stand. The LIGA Garage brand presentation will show the history of FIAT with models from the past to the present.
Brägger and his T-model
The well-known author Bernhard Brägger will be setting off on an unusual journey in a Ford Model T Tourer from the 1920s (22 hp, 2-speed gearbox, open without heating) from the beginning of December. The route initially leads from Switzerland to the freezing cold North Cape. The total distance will be 20000 km, navigated only with map and compass. The car and the planned route will be presented personally by the driver at the show.
Food and drink will be provided
In three cozy restaurants you can meet friends and review the past season. For visitors arriving by classic car, a limited number of free parking spaces will again be available in the arena of the fair.
Admission to the exhibition, which is open from 09:00 to 17:00, costs Euro 8 / CHF 10; children up to the age of 16 accompanied by an adult are admitted free of charge.
Further information can be found on the event website.
