The date for Le Mans Classic 2018 has been set - the three-day event will take place from July 6 to 8, 2018.
In 2016, over 123,000 spectators came to Sarthe to admire 550 cars on the race track and 8,500 classic cars around the circuit.
As a result, Le Mans Classic 2016 was named Motor Sport Event of the Year by the International Historic Motoring Awards.
A number of innovations are planned for 2018, such as the focus on Group C cars, which were very popular in 2016. In addition, several anniversaries will be celebrated - Alpine's victory at Le Mans was 40 years ago in 2018 and the Porsche 356 is celebrating its 70th birthday.
