The Gottardo Classic is an event for drivers of vintage and classic cars. The one-day event includes touring and panoramic routes, regularity tests and an exhibition area. Every year, more than a hundred vehicles from all over Switzerland and abroad take part.
Tailor-made get-togethers
The one-day event offers not only the pleasure of a meeting between drivers and car enthusiasts, but also the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking scenery, excellent cuisine and much more.
Participants can choose between a longer (180 km) and a shorter route (45 km) depending on their preferences. The hospitality of the tried-and-tested Gotthard Arena contributes to the success of the event, whose formula has been consolidated and developed over the years.
In 2023, the Gotthard Classic won the Swiss Classic Italian Passion Award, which was awarded following a public vote.
Many new features in 2024
Several novelties are being prepared for the edition of 23 June 2024, and the organizers are sure that they can count on the presence of exceptional cars and a large number of visitors. A highlight will be the MotorExpo, where participants and visitors can find classic cars side by side with the latest models with various opportunities for test drives.

The Gottardo Classic is organized by the "Associazione Classic Cars Ticino". The ACCT was founded to promote activities related to the passion for cars, motorcycles and engines in general with minimal impact on the environment and with the aim of promoting the culture and history related to "classic" vehicles in the broadest sense of the word.
The ACCT has a well-established and competent team with more than a decade of experience in organizing motorsport events.
With the support of the local authorities, the Lugano Region, Julius Baer, all other sponsors, volunteers, partners and media partners, we at the ACCT have proven that we are able to offer the city and the region a series of events that arouse the interest and enthusiasm of visitors and participants.
