The Dr. Carl Benz Automobile Museum in Ladenburg, Germany has become a place of pilgrimage for automobile enthusiasts from all over the world.
In the historic Benz factory in Ladenburg, visitors can experience automotive history up close as if they had been there themselves. Where Carl Benz and his sons Eugen and Richard once built automobiles, you can now experience how people became "mobile".
From the adventurous running machine of Baron von Drais to the colorful scooters of the 1950s. From the three-wheeled Benz Patent Motor Car with which the age of the automobile began on January 29, 1886, to the horsepower-packed Formula 1 racing cars with which Michael Schumacher drove his last races for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
