It's been over two years since racing and sports cars and, in 2019, motorcycles last shared the Oerlikon velodrome with cyclists(detailed report).
It's time again on September 7, 2021! Indianapolis Oerlikon will be held again. It starts at 16:00 and goes until nightfall. If the weather does not cooperate, there is an alternative date of September 9, 2021.
Once again, there will be several groups and three runs, with no shortage of castor oil flavor and beautiful sounds. Former Indy cars will be doing their laps as well as monoposti and touring cars.
Make a note in your diary now, because events like this are few and far between, especially in the current coronavirus era.
