The RAID team has prepared something new, a relaxing ride without timekeeping and without navigation tests. Simply follow the map or road book and hike in a vintage car, accompanied by experienced RAID officials and an expert breakdown service team from Kestenholz. The new event is called the RAID Autumn Drive.
The golden fall in South Tyrol
The multi-day ride starts on October 26, 2016 in Klosters and then leads into the golden South Tyrolean autumn, where you can experience uplifting aspects of the Dolomites, the impressive passes, culture and history with competent experts. The tour ends in Merano on October 30, 2016.
Romance and culinary delights
The participants will spend the night in excellent hotels, such as the Bagni Nuovi in Bormio - a house from 1836, but in perfect condition: romance at its best. And in Merano, the Art Nouveau Hotel Bavaria, which is just a footbridge away from the old town, is an inviting place to stay. Many years ago, Empress Sissi once walked along this very path when she visited the Merano spa gardens.
Of course, the stomach is not neglected either, with the famous cuisine of South Tyrol to discover.
For real classic cars
Cars of all categories and engine capacity classes up to and including 1985 are permitted.
The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants and will make every effort to offer you an appropriate standard in every detail.
The participation fee for the five days is from CHF 3580.00.
