The next Modena Motor Gallery will take place on September 26 and 27 with a new and exciting program for exhibitors and visitors.
Long live Italy
The second edition of the fair confirmed the public's broad support for the original decision to only allow classic cars and motorcycles from Italy. With 20% more visitors compared to the first edition, 327 exhibitors, 380 classic cars, 15 organizations such as clubs, historical registers and museums, 7 exhibitions and 5 rallies of cars and motorcycles, the event is about to assert itself at European level as one of the most interesting and original meeting points of the scene. For its third edition, the Modena Motor Gallery has given up the special feature of presenting exclusively Italian vintage cars and motorcycles, spare parts and automobilia and is now opening up to international brands.
New partnership
An important new development is the partnership with the Circolo della Biella, one of the most prestigious Italian clubs, which will prepare and coordinate a number of important events. These include, in particular, a major exhibition on the history of the Modena Autodrome (cars, motorcycles and personalities from the "Indianapolis" of Italy).
A special exhibition shows the history of the Autodromo di Modena. The exhibits include racing cars such as the Ferrari F2 Monoposto, a Stanguellini Delfino from 1950, a Maserati 250F, a Maserati Barchetta, a Fiat 1100 and motorcycles such as the M V4 and the HD 250 Villa.
A further exhibition commemorates Juan Manuel Fangio and even the youngest visitors are catered for with historic pedal cars.
Made in Italy
The Modena Motor Gallery has a unique character in the world; it specifically promotes "Made in Italy" and the enhancement of a great heritage that is the envy of Italy. Just think of such historic brands as Ferrari and Maserati, the successful development of the wonderful Pagani cars, true concept cars that carry the name of Modena, the capital of Motor Valley, all over the world, or the recent production of the Alfa Romeo 4C at the Maserati factories, which is enjoying growing success on foreign markets.
More space for craftsmen
Past and present come together in Modena to tell a long story of innovation, technology and knowledge. This is one of the reasons why the organizers have decided to give even more space for the next edition to craftsmen dedicated to restoration, professionals who, with passion and competence, maintain, preserve and revive a heritage that is the envy of the whole world!
The "Street of Craftsmen" will host more than 50 of the most recognized restorers in Italy. Due to a lack of qualified young talent, this sector is disappearing and here attention will be drawn to its preservation and the training required for it.
Dealers, clubs, private individuals - all are welcome
3 pavilions are dedicated to car and motorcycle dealers, the most prestigious clubs and associations, publishers, suppliers of automobilia, spare parts, accessories and souvenirs.
In the private area, visitors will have the opportunity to exchange or sell their own vintage car or motorcycle.
An intensive promotional campaign aimed at clubs and associations has already been launched throughout Europe. It combines the Modena Motor Gallery with a visit to Expo Milano, which has taken over the patronage of the event.
Further information is available on the event website, which can be searched in four languages.
