The current and expected coronavirus measures have claimed another victim. The GP Mutschellen, the hill climb race west of Zurich, originally announced for May 1, 2022, has already been postponed to April 30, 2023.
The explanation from the organizing team reads:
"The current situation is associated with great uncertainties. Protecting the population and everyone involved is our top priority. We hope that we can continue to count on all those involved in 2023. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for their great support and understanding."
It's a shame, the small but beautiful event on the outskirts of Zurich has many friends. They will now have to wait another year.
