Vintage vehicles and vintage motorcycles with and without sidecars will once again meet at the Emil Frey AG site in Safenwil on September 6, 2014 for an impressive classic event.
The historic vehicles and motorcycles at the Oldtimer Grand Prix Safenwil will roar around the bends on the secured track and trigger enthusiastic cheers from the spectators! The JDCS(Jaguar Drivers' Club Switzerland) and the Riley Club Switzerland will be welcomed as guest clubs in 2014.
With Ford Capri
Who doesn't know the Ford Capri, the sportily styled coupé that is affordable even for those on a tight budget and powered by reliable everyday technology. This legendary Ford model was built in countless versions and remained in production from 1968 to 1986 with well over 1 million units built. A selection of these will be on display on the circuit at the 23rd GP Safenwil.
Racing atmosphere and visible/audible technology
Engines and exhaust pipes will growl, rattle, howl, screech and thrill the spectators on a marked-out course. And in the paddock, there will be expert discussions and interested glances at overhead camshafts, De Dion axles, wooden dashboards, arm-length gearshifts and glittering spoked wheels.
Free of charge
To really indulge in nostalgia and feel and hear the elegance and finesse of these various, glorious showpieces for yourself, there is only one thing to do: come to Safenwil on Saturday, September 6, 2014 and experience the 23rd Oldtimer Grand Prix live! This event is not to be missed by anyone or the whole family!
Of course, there will also be plenty to eat and drink in the various "GP Beizli"! As usual, admission is free of charge!

Owners of automobiles and motorcycles built in 1960 and earlier are cordially invited to take part in the 23rd Oldtimer Grand Prix. Participation is free of charge.
