On Sunday, June 27, the Classic Car Museum will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. At 10:30 and 14:00, curator Simon Bundi will take visitors on a journey across Switzerland. The title of the presentation is: "On the road in a car - a historical pictorial journey through Switzerland".
It shows what people used on the road between the 1950s and the 1980s, what the road landscape looked like and what kept drivers busy. The presentation is accompanied by fascinating images and film clips from the period.

Permanent exhibition - automotive history on three floors
For many decades, the car enthusiasts at Emil Frey AG have been collecting historically interesting vehicles with the aim of maintaining this valuable cultural asset on four wheels and preserving it for posterity. In the atmospherically restored building of the former textile factory, between 50 and 60 automotive treasures from the company's own collection are permanently on display on three floors covering an area of over 1500 square meters.
The exhibition focuses on collector's cars from the post-war period up to the 1980s, mainly of English and Japanese origin. You can marvel at design icons such as the Jaguar E-Type, the Toyota 2000 GT and the Aston Martin DB4 Vantage. The Classic Car Museum is a worthwhile excursion destination for anyone who wants to experience automotive history up close.
