In "CulturAlfa", two "Alfaholics" have come together who share a passion for the cars from the "Casa del Biscione": Axel Marx from Ticino, who owns one of the most extensive and probably most beautiful Alfa Romeo collections in the world, and Elisabetta Cozzi, owner of the Alfa Romeo museum of the same name in Legnano near Milan.
The two organize one event each year, once in Mezzovico near Axel Marx and once in Italy. The first two events were a complete success, and now the third event, "I Romeo - racconti di famiglia", will take place in Mezzovico on March 23, 2025 at 3.00 pm.
Descendants from the family of Nicola Romeo (founder of Alfa Romeo, 1876-1938), such as granddaughter Daniela Romeo, will be present. The event will be hosted by journalist Laura Confalonieri, with Matteo Sartori (great-grandson of Nicola Romeo), Domenico "Mimmo" Magro (former director of the Alfa Romeo Museum), Gippo Salvetti (President of the Alfa Blue Team) and Claudio Bonfoli (founding member of the Alfa Blue Team) on the program as interview partners and speakers.
Host Axel Marx formulated one of the goals as follows: "We want to make the person Nicola Romeo, who is not so well known in the country, a little better known".
The conference language is Italian, the ticket costs CHF 10.00 per person. You can register online.
Further information and the registration form can be found on the event website.
