The scent of leather and petrol or the shine of immaculately polished car bodies - the Bremen Classic Motorshow is a meeting place for all those who live and love automotive culture. From Friday to Sunday, January 30 to February 1, 2026, Messe Bremen will once again attract classic and modern classic car fans from near and far. The event traditionally marks the start of the German classic car season and promises three days full of inspiration, discoveries and professional discussions at the highest level.
Between petrolheads and collectors' dreams
Around 730 exhibitors, dealers and private sellers from ten nations will be presenting their diverse range of products - including cars, motorcycles, spare parts, automobilia and restoration materials - on 52,000 square meters of hall space. Over 100 brand clubs will inspire visitors with creative and detailed presentations. "Our special exhibitions this year are dedicated to '4x4 performance' automobiles and Italian motorcycles up to 400 cc," reveals project manager Frank Ruge. The program is complemented by the petromobilia auction "Oil & Rust", the young talent area, the Young Classics, the Modern Classics and the legendary parts market - all highlights that will make the heart of automotive culture beat faster.
4x4 performance - classics of power and dynamics
All-wheel drive and performance: Audi Sport Quattro, Bugatti EB 110, Porsche 959 are still synonymous with top driving dynamics today - with all-wheel drive dating back to 1899.
Back then, Ludwig Lohner and Ferdinand Porsche developed a special motorized four-wheel drive model, which was exhibited at the Paris World Exhibition in 1900. In this year's special show at the Bremen Classic Motorshow, twelve selected 4x4 performance rarities, particularly from the 1980s and 1990s, will be presented. This is where historical engineering meets pure driving dynamics - for experts, a fascinating cross-section of all-wheel drive development from off-road capability to high-performance technology.
Italian motorcycles - small, graceful and fast
The special exhibition "Italian Motorcycles 1950 to 1995" celebrates the sporty side of Italian two-wheeled art. At the Bremen Classic Motorshow, 24 selected machines with displacements from 65 to 400 cc will be on display. No scooters, no 50s - the focus here is on the compact sports motorcycles that enjoy cult status in Italy and are still affordable. "We are putting the spotlight on the elegant combination of design, lightweight construction and riding dynamics that made brands such as Moto Guzzi, Laverda, MV Agusta, Gilera, Benelli and Ducati icons," says Ruge. "At the same time, we are also showing rare and little-known manufacturers such as Parilla, Comet, Moto Bi and Rumi, which impressively demonstrate the diversity of Italian motorcycle culture in terms of technology and design."
The Bremen Classic Motorshow is more than just a trade fair - it is an experience that combines nostalgia, expertise and automotive passion in three intensive days. A must-attend event for all those who love, collect and design classic cars or simply want to enjoy the special charm of historic mobility: from January 30 to February 1, 2026 at Messe Bremen.
