Bonhams is already announcing the auction at the Rétromobil in Paris. This will take place on February 4, 2021 in a "live and online" format with an auctioneer; bids can be placed online, by phone call or in advance.
The cars will be on display in Paris, but you will have to do without the Grand Palais. The auction will be held at Bonhams' Paris headquarters on Rue de la Paix. Of course, consideration will be given to the coronavirus regulations in force at the time.
Over the past ten years, Bonhams has been able to offer over 1000 carefully selected rarities in Paris, many of which achieved top prices, such as a Bugatti 55 from 1932, which sold for EUR 4.6 million in 2020.
It will be interesting to see which interesting cars Bonhams will be able to sell in February 2021.
