After more than 30 years of tradition, Auto e Moto d'Epoca will move from Padua to Bologna in 2023. For various reasons, the classic car fair can no longer take place in the halls of Padua and will therefore move to the "Fiera" in Bologna.
A move with advantages
It is regrettable to say goodbye to the tried-and-tested halls in Padua, but the organizers are nevertheless delighted. At the Bologna Fiera, Auto e Moto d'Epoca can continue to expand, count on larger exhibition spaces and also take advantage of the car and motorcycle heritage of Emilia Romagna, as this region is the birthplace of some of the world's most important car and motorcycle brands such as Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Pagani and Ducati.
The change of location does not extend the travel time of guests from the north, e.g. from Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France and Belgium, and in many cases even shortens it by a few minutes. The beloved Cucina Romagnola is also one step closer and can be enjoyed from piadina to ciambella Romagnola.
Proven organizer
The company Intermeeting srl, which has been involved for years, will continue to organize the famous trade fair in Bologna and is looking forward to the additional opportunities that the Fiera di Bologna can offer.
Another trade fair in Padua with many highlights
Despite everything, the last classic car fair in Padua should remain unforgettable. Italy is the home of master coachbuilders and car designers, and Auto e Moto d'Epoca 2022 is expected to feature dozens of special models by Ghia, Bertone, Touring, Frua, Farina and Pininfarina, as well as newer models by Giugiaro. Some of the most beautiful handcrafted creations will also be on display, including top models from Lancia and special editions from brands such as Ferrari and Maserati; many other successful models will also be on show in Padua, including the Alfa Romeo 1900 and the Fiat 2300S Coupé Ghias.
Design "Made in Italy" will take center stage in Padua and during the four-day event, the biggest tribute of the year to Italian creativity and style in the world of cars and motorcycles will be presented. From Thursday, October 20 to Sunday, October 23, 2022, some of the most beautiful cars of all time are expected, including the Alfa Romeo 6C 2300 and the Fiat 500, a car that changed the history of the industry.
