On December 6 and 7, 2014, the 14th edition of Auto Rétro will take place at the Parc des Expositions de Chambéry. The exhibition area is 9,300 m2 and is covered.
Special: Disappeared French brands
This year, many vehicles of vanished brands will be on display, including De Dion Bouton, Delage and Simca.
Many anniversaries
The Facel Vega brand is celebrating its 60th anniversary, the Ford Mustang its 50th birthday. The VW Golf I GTI and the VW Scirocco Coupé are already 40 years old, the Peugeot 205 GTI is already blowing out 30 candles and the Citroen Traction Avant is already celebrating its 80th anniversary. Many prototypes, microcars and rarities will be on display at the show.
Slot racing courses for visitors
On Saturday morning and Sunday, the Club Slot Racing Cognin (SCR) will also be organizing introductory slot racing courses for visitors. An official course run by SCR members will take place on Saturday from 2.30 pm to 6.00 pm.
Admission, further information
Admission to the fair costs 6 euros, children under 12 are admitted free of charge. The halls are heated and there are sandwich stands and restaurants to cater for visitors. The Auto Rétro is located in the Parc des Expositions, Avenue du Grand Ariétaz, 73000 Chambéry.
