The Arosa ClassicCar hill climb will take place again in 2023, namely the 19th edition from August 31 to September 3.
The new race director of the Arosa ClassicCar is Alex Maag. As race director of the Autorenntage in Frauenfeld, the Oberhallau Hillclimb, the Steckborn Memorial Hillclimb and as a member of the ASS Officials Committee, Alex is no stranger to motorsport. We are delighted to be able to draw on and count on this vast experience.
Arosa ClassicCar is an invitational race. A jury of experts will decide on the allocation of starting places in the week after the entry deadline, by June 9, 2023 at the latest. Only members of our patrons' club - the Arosa ClassicCar Circle - have a guaranteed starting place and will receive confirmation of their entry before the end of May.
Historic racing and sports cars built between 1905 and 1986 or 1990 for the IC period (Group C and IMSA, 1982 to 1990) are permitted to take part in the Arosa ClassicCar Hill Climb and must comply with the FIA Appendix K regulations and the NSK regulations. There are four classes:
- Competition
- Competition Formula
- Uniformity, Arosa Classic Trophy
- Uniformity, Arosa Sport Trophy
- Alpine Performance / Demonstration (without timekeeping)
Co-drivers are also permitted in the Arosa Classic Trophy and must also be registered.
The registration deadline is already set for May 31, 2023 due to the expected high demand for starting places.
