Vienna, the pearl on the Danube, the city of Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert, Strauss and Brahms - and of course the venue for the Vienna Classic Days! This year, on the weekend of August 23 and 24, you can once again admire the "rolling automobile museum" against the picturesque backdrop of Vienna. Almost 200 classic cars and guests from all over Europe will be on site.
Try it with comfort
It's not about speed, but about slowing down. "The lovingly preserved vehicles at the Vienna Classic Days offer a welcome counterbalance to the fast pace and throwaway culture of our present day," says a delighted Michael Ludwig, Mayor of Vienna. The older the vehicle, the lower the entry fee. Young drivers receive a 50 percent discount.
Varied program
The Huma Eleven Grand Prix from the Simmering suburb along the blue Danube into the Vienna Woods kicks off the event on Saturday. The real highlight follows in the evening: the parade on the magnificent Ringstrasse! On Sunday, the classic cars will then conquer Vienna's city center and the popular classic car picnic will take place in the Danube Park at noon.
