The route for the 1000 Mile Trial 2015 was recently announced. The event, organized by HERO Events, will take place from 13 to 18 July 2015.
The rally will start at the Royal Automobile Club estate at Woodcote Park in Epsom, England. The route has been designed to be appealing and interesting for newcomers as well as the more experienced participants.
Registrations from all over the world make the 2015 edition even more interesting than last year. Among the many locations to which the rally will lead are: Blenheim Palace, Coombe Abbey, Chatsworth House, Chateau Impney, Wilton Hall and Goodwood.
As always, there will be various regularity stages and driving tests along the entire route, which will test the skills and abilities of the participants. Other points the teams will pass during the rally include Bicester Heritage, Curborough Sprint Circuit, Dunsfold Aerodrome (main venue for the BBC show Top Gear), Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb (the oldest continuously used motorsport venue in the world) and of course Goodwood, where several driving tests are planned. And these are just some of the many places and points along the way throughout England and Wales.
