In 1963, the Triumph Spitfire was an affordable sports car that offered a lot of sport for the money. From 1962 to 1980, Triumph built the Spitfire, a sporty roadster that was actually more of a convertible due to its crank windows. Thanks to mass production technology, the Spitfire could be manufactured cheaply and over 314,000 units were produced. The five series produced differed in terms of technology, but above all in terms of design.
