More than any Fiat before or after it, the 2300 S Coupé had the appearance of a small Ferrari. The car was fast, dignified and safe to drive - and despite its dainty shape, it occasionally required a firm hand. The test driver of the time was full of praise and only criticized minor things about the 20,900 Mark car. The Mercedes-Benz 230 SL, the "dream car" of the sixties from Germany, is pitted against the exotic from Italy, the Fiat 2300 S Coupé.
