It's hard to believe, but there are still things that you can no longer imagine in this day and age. After Messerli in Gürbental and Rudi Klein in Los Angeles, there is another eyesore in this world. At least the residents of Kirchberg (SG) see the parking lot as such and then it's in the middle of clean Switzerland. A meadow in the industrial estate on Gähwilerstrasse in Kirchberg is causing a huge stir: Around 70 cars from the seventies and eighties are parked here. It is no ordinary parking lot where the vehicles are left to rot. The background is completely unclear. The municipality is in the picture: "The building authorities are aware of the condition of the commercial site following an inspection," explained municipal president Roman Habrik to the "St. Galler Tagblatt" newspaper.
