Summary
Sebring - former airport grounds from the 1940s, different asphalt types and surfaces, numerous bumps, many hidden corner apexes, extremely uneven finish bend (Sunset Bend) on composite base plates, very fast passages interrupted by narrow 90-degree bends... It is not for nothing that most car manufacturers say that the 12 Hours of Sebring is harder on the car than the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
This article contains the following chapters

Something important first: We are particularly proud to be able to present such a comprehensive photo gallery! Over 200 original historical photos have found their way into the gallery and not all of them are from our archive. Special thanks therefore go to the photographers for their support: Dave Friedman, Louis Galanos, Fred Lewis, Michael O. Crews, George Boron and Dave Nicholas.
