We are already used to top-restored cars, but new cars that are 30 or more years old are something out of the ordinary. It seems as if H.G. Wells' time machine has become reality! The Ford Thunderbird has just 500 miles on the clock, a new car that is already over 50 years old. The beautiful Ford, which many associate with Marylin Monroe, left the assembly line in 1957 and has remained largely unused ever since. It has wandered from museum to museum, exhibition to exhibition. It was a different story for the pretty red Morgan 4/4, built in 1973. The tires still show the typical traces of production, which only slowly disappear when driving. The engine has never been run and the seats have never been used. The English roadster has only had to serve as a spare parts donor from time to time, as some parts are missing. And the storage was not good for it, a considerable need for renovation has accumulated.
