The almost perfectly documented Mercedes-Benz model history harbors a great mystery: the Type 150 Sportroadster from 1935. Our author and photographer Wolfgang Blaube experienced the only surviving example of the fascinating mid-engined two-seater live behind the wheel - and found many previously unknown details in the fog of history.
