Vintage Tours has finalized the preparations for its tours through the Alentejo, which will take place in September and October this year. Participants can look forward to a unique journey through one of Portugal's most fascinating regions - in style in the MGA.
With a combination of scenic beauty, excellent gastronomy and quality accommodation, Vintage Tours offers an unparalleled travel experience. The tours through the Alentejo lead through picturesque villages, extensive cork oak forests, olive groves and to Évora, which is also known as the "Queen of the Alentejo" and is a Unesco World Heritage Site.
Vintage Tours offers two different routes:
- The tour through the northern Alentejo leads from Arraiolos via Crato to the border region with Spain. On this route, travelers pass impressive towns such as Marvão and Elvas, whose fortifications tell of their long history.
- The tour through the central Alentejo focuses on the center of the region. It starts in Alcácer do Sal and includes destinations such as Beja, Vila Viçosa and Monsaraz. Elvas is also an integral part of the travel experience on this route.
