60 - 70 - 100 - 125 - all milestone anniversaries that naturally need to be celebrated at the upcoming Classic Gala Schwetzingen. 60 years of Lamborghini, 70 years of Corvette, "Centennium Classics" and 125 years of Renault are the main themes of the 19th ASC Classic Gala Schwetzingen from September 1 to 3, 2023. In addition, as always, rare exhibits in all FIVA model year classes will also be presented.
60 years of Lamborghini
The first production Lamborghini, a 350 GT for Ferruccio Lamborghini, the P400 Miura Multicolore, an Espada and the most important Lamborghini models up to the present day, including the Urraco and LM, are expected to celebrate 60 years of Lamborghini.
70 years of the Chevrolet Corvette
The oldest Chevrolet Corvette from 1953 kicks off the line-up of the various C model series up to the current C8 - the Corvette anniversary forms the centerpiece of the 2023 US Classic Car Concours in Schwetzingen.
100-year class
ASC-Classic-Gala Schwetzingen establishes the new "Jubilée-Class" with the category of "Centennium-Classics", which must therefore all be built in 1923 this year. However, all other classic cars with "round birth years" will also be classified in the "Jubilée Class".
This also includes the 125th anniversary of the Renault brand, which will be honored with a representative selection of automobiles built from 1904 onwards - a reunion with 4CV, Fregate, Dauphine, Caravelle, R 8 and R 16 or Estafette through to Fuego, Avantime or even Twizy.
MG, Opel, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz
Other anniversaries, such as 100 years of MG, ...
... 70 years of the Opel Olympia, 60 years of the Mercedes-Benz 230 SL and 600 and 75 years of Porsche automobiles will not be neglected.
The international ASC-Classic-Gala Schwetzingen jury of around 30 people will evaluate all exhibits according to the categories of the FIVA, the world classic car association, and present the coveted trophies to the winners on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
Registrations from participants and club representatives with original classic cars built between 1885 and 1993 are still being accepted.
