Registration for the 22nd edition of "Vernasca Silver Flag" has opened, and the most exciting 200 will be in Vernasca from June 16 to 18, 2017. This year's event will also take place on the former mountain racing route from Castell' Arquato to Vernasca. Racing cars were already on the road in Vernasca between 1953 and 1972, and today this era is being revived.
Classic Track Day
How many boys dream of sitting in a sports car and watching it race past on the racetrack? Some childhood dreams are about to come true in Vernasca. For the second time, participants can take their cars for a spin on the Varano de Melegari Circuit and put themselves to the test on the Vernasca Silver Flag Classic Track Day.
Alfa Romeo
The Vernasca Silver Flag "Dynamic Restoration and Conservation Concours for Historic Racing Cars", which will be organized by the Pianeza Vintage Automoto Club, is intended for vehicles built in 1972 or earlier. Last year, the focus was already on Alfa Romeo cars and, above all, their drivers, and this year, too, Alfa Romeo enthusiasts should not miss out - after all, we are in Italy itself.
