Passione Engadina is an exclusive event exclusively for Italian classic cars, which will be held for the third time in 2014 and will be an official event in the context of "100 years of Maserati".
Three days
Passione Engadina will take place from August 22 to 24, 2014 over three days in the beautiful surroundings of St. Moritz and the Engadine. A maximum of 100 cars will take part, as the family atmosphere and the familiar welcoming atmosphere will be maintained, as in previous years.
100 years of Maserati
On the occasion of Maserati's 100th anniversary celebrations, many cars with the famous trident will be taking part in the event. Among others, a Maserati 300 S, a Maserati 200 S, a Maserati 200 SI from 1957 as well as a Maserati 3500 GT Vignale Spider from 1961 and a Maserati Quattroporte from 1967 converted into a fire engine have already been registered.
It is significant that more than 40% of the cars come from the Modena manufacturer. The other Italian brands are also well represented, for example a large number of unique Ferrari models are expected.
Trend towards older classic cars
Passione Engadina intends to increase the age of the participating vehicles in the future. In 2015, for example, only cars up to 1980 will be accepted.
By limiting the number of vehicles to 100 and tightening the admission criteria, the standard of the cars is set to rise steadily.
Food on the railroad
One of the surprises in 2014 will be dinner on board the panoramic rail carriages of the Rhaetian Railway's Glacier Express, which departs from St. Moritz on Friday evening at 18:20 and travels through Albula, Davos, Klosters and the Lower Engadine in the glow of the sunset.
Lorenzo Ramaciotti, Chief Designer of the Fiat Group and co-author of the book on the 100 years of Maserati, will be a speaker at Passione Engadina 2014, together with the famous Cesare Fiorio, who had a decisive influence on rallying for twenty-five years, making the discipline a recognized profession.

Five categories of cars may participate:
- up to 1945
- from 1946 to 1960
