From October 8 to 11, 2015, a new classic car trade fair will celebrate its premiere in the historic halls of the exhibition grounds under the radio tower: 'Motorworld Classics Berlin'.
"The four-day event is the answer to the great demand for an end-of-season event for lovers of historic driving culture in the metropolis of Berlin," says Marc Baumüller, Managing Director of MoWo Messe- und Veranstaltungs GmbH & Co.
Classic under the radio tower - just like back then
At the well-known Berlin landmark, the radio tower in Charlottenburg, the exhibition area with summer garden is reminiscent of the great Berlin trade fairs of the 1920s and 1930s. Pre-war models, cars from the economic miracle and modern classics are presented in a historic setting. The buildings from the 1930s and 1950s are listed buildings and offer the ideal flair of times gone by.
One of the rotundas will house the special exhibition "Classics of German division". It will show the stories of cars produced simultaneously in the FRG and the GDR.
Big plans
The classic car exhibition is organized by MoWo Messe- und Veranstaltungs GmbH & Co KG, which emerged from the Motorworld Stuttgart classic car center, and Messe Berlin GmbH. National and international automobile manufacturers with historical roots, top dealers, auction houses, technology specialists for automotive rarities, accessory and accessory suppliers, numerous dedicated clubs from the scene and private sellers will present and sell their products and services.
Auctionata auction
Program highlights will be provided by partners Auctionata with a live auction, Classic Trader with a special offer for private classic car sellers and Mercedes-Benz Gullwing specialist HK Engineering with a presentation of perfectly restored gems.
