The Technik Museum Sinsheim had planned an e-mobility day for spring 2020. Unfortunately, this had to be canceled due to Covid-19. Now the museum would like to make up for this virtually. On Friday, July 31, 2020, the event will take place on the museum square between 2 and 6 p.m. in cooperation with BürgerEnergieGenossenschaft Kraichgau eG (BEG).
Specialists in the field and electric cars from 1904
Well-known and in some cases regional car dealers, e-bike manufacturers, energy suppliers and electric companies will come together at the Technik Museum Sinsheim on July 31, 2020. The film team from Hügelhelden.de Kraichgau-Nachrichten will produce an exciting report on electromobility in which the exhibitors will be available to answer questions.
A special highlight will be the Columbia electric car from 1904, which will take a few laps around the courtyard. The Columbia Automobile Company was an American car manufacturer that specialized in the construction of electric cars at the beginning of the 20th century.
First-hand experience
Anyone who has always wanted to find out first-hand about alternative drive technologies in automotive engineering and alternative energies should definitely visit the Technik Museum Sinsheim on July 31, 2020, while observing social distancing rules.
Incidentally, the E-mobility Day will take place again in 2021 in its usual form, with all specialists on site.
