The secret is out: the 29th British Classic Car Meeting St. Moritz 2023 will be a "Royal Edition". With good reason: The monarchy has held Great Britain together for decades. For many Britons, it is still an essential part of their self-image as a nation. And it gives Great Britain stability: while prime ministers come and go, the Queen has always been there. The 29th British Classic Car Meeting St. Moritz is also dedicated to her.
The meeting, centered in St. Moritz, begins on Friday, July 7, 2022 and ends on Sunday, July 9, 2022.
Some innovations
The program has one change compared to previous years: Vehicle registration will now take place on Friday afternoon not in St. Moritz Bad, but in the pedestrian zone in St. Moritz Dorf. This brings the BCCM closer to the town center and gives spectators the opportunity to see the vehicles up close on Friday.
On Saturday, the Royal Edition Rally leads to the medieval town of Chiavenna in Italy and then onto the Splügen Pass, where the BCCM is a guest at the "200 years of Commercialstrasse" anniversary. It then heads back to the Engadin via the Albula Pass.
On Sunday, the Concours d'Elégance will once again take place in the elegant garden of the Hotel Suvretta House with a view of the Upper Engadin lake region.
Royal poster
Michel-Vaillant comic artist Christian Papazoglakis has also created a poster for the 29th BCCM St. Moritz.
Registration is open from now until April 30, 2023. In order to offer all participants an outstanding experience, the field of participants is limited to 111 vehicles.
