The Jaguar brand is forging ahead with its classic strategy.
Now that the parts business has been bought back, it is to be expanded from 15,000 to 22,000 parts. The aim is not only to focus on popular models such as the E-Type or XK 120/140/150, but also to offer help for four-door Jaguar variants through to the youngtimers. Many XJ40 drivers will be pleased to hear this.
In addition, classic car centers are to be set up in Germany where Jaguar drivers can receive support. Archive documents are also to be made accessible again and know-how pooled.
Germany is Jaguar's third-largest classic car market and is therefore very important in its classic car strategy.
Jaguar will be exhibiting at Techno Classica from March 26 to 30, 2014 with a significantly larger stand than last year.
