Celebrating a revival of the revival for a whole year, at home on the living room wall. 50 years after the legendary Olympic Rally, there was an emotional new edition in 2022 with many classics and legends of rally sport.
Walter Röhrl and the Kräling photo agency were also there. Bodo and Ferdi Kräling selected their best photos from the many pictures for a beautiful wall calendar. The pictures from 2022 and 1972 are combined to create a Christmas present for motorsport fans that is pretty much guaranteed to hit the spot.
Walter Röhrl's "coming out party" - the 1972 Olympic Rally
It was 50 years ago that the "Tall One" made his legendary first impression on the international stage. And what an impression it was: it was to be his breakthrough, one that was followed by two drivers' titles in the World Rally Championship, four "Monte" victories and many historic moments in racing and rallying.
Great picture experience and gift
50 years and a revival later, a high-quality wall calendar in 67/47 cm format is dedicated to the Olympic Rally of yesteryear and the revival of 2022. What makes it special: Bodo Kräling contributed the high-quality photographs from 2022, while his father Ferdi Kräling contributed those from 1972. Two generations of world-renowned motorsport photographers combine their skills in this calendar.
The calendar illustrates both Walter Röhrl's current anniversary at the Olympic Rally between Kiel and Munich and the competition from back then - true international greats such as Aaltonen, Mikkola, Darniche and Nicolas. The double-sided calendar with 24 color and black and silver print motifs is therefore not just for rally and Röhrl fans. And fits well under the Christmas tree.
The calendar in 67 x 47 cm format, printed on 250 g/m2 paper, with spiral binding and 2 hangers costs EUR 49.90 plus shipping and can be ordered directly from the Kräling-Foto online store.
