The Swiss Classic World is taking place again. As planned, it will open its doors in Lucerne from October 1 to 3, 2021. With more than 200 exhibitors in the indoor and outdoor areas, it will become a colorful marketplace for beautiful classic cars and youngtimers and finally a meeting place for the Swiss scene again. Dealers, private vendors and numerous classic car clubs as well as the Swiss Museum of Transport will be showcasing over 400 beautiful cars.
Safe event concept
Unlike traditional outdoor events, which have had to be canceled recently, the Swiss Classic World at Messe Luzern has a controllable perimeter, which means that it can be ensured that the number of visitors does not exceed a certain level - after all, it is not an open, publicly accessible event site.
On site, the 3-G concept will be used in the exhibition halls and on the outdoor area in between, meaning that only vaccinated, tested or recovered visitors will be allowed to enter.
There will be a test center on site for rapid tests if a visitor does not yet have a certificate.
In contrast to outdoor events, which are difficult to control, this measure will ensure that there is no superspreader event.
Plan your visit to the trade fair now
Visitors can take a look at the current trade fair catalog in advance and find out everything they need to know about the major themes of the trade fair and the most exciting exhibitors so that they can plan their visit well and make sure they don't miss anything.
Use private sales at the trade fair
You can also sell a classic car at the trade fair as a private vendor. Together, Swiss Classic World and zwischengas.com are organizing a joint vehicle market and an attractive combined offer. The car will be presented online, but also physically, so that all viewing requests can be handled efficiently at the trade fair and other interested parties can be attracted there. All with just one inexpensive booking.
Attention: Limited spaces - first come, first served: book here and get started.
An attractive supporting program awaits visitors
For the first time, there will be a forum for synthetic fuels, the Friends of Old Agricultural Machinery FALZ will be presenting classic tractors and the Swiss umbrella organization SHVF is organizing a special microcar show. The Jo Siffert Memorial will be showing the famous PORSCHE 917 in GULF livery and the Swiss Car Register will be celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special exhibition at SCW2021.
The trade fair will now be held over three days in order to comply with the current FOPH pandemic protection measures for trade fair organizers and to be able to comply with the regulations. There will be a thematic focus for each day of the trade fair this year:
- Friday, October 1 Day for trade visitors and the media
- Saturday, October 2 Women and Young Generation Day
- Sunday, October 3 Day of the Swiss clubs in the SHVF umbrella organization
