From March 26 and 27, 2022, the new classic car fair Swiss Retromecanika will take place for the first time at Forum-Fribourg. This will be the perfect start to the beautiful season for all fans of old cars, motorcycles, bicycles, tractors, trucks and buses!
The announcement of the launch of this new event, organized under the auspices of Dakota Events, has been very well received by the circles concerned, according to the show organizers. Spring 2022 is going down well!
A new website provides all the necessary information on the conditions of participation, registration forms, timetables and tariffs. Registrations for exhibitors are arriving quickly. The industry, made up of professional traders and individuals, urgently needs to find its feet after two years of enforced dormancy. The tables reserved for private sellers who want to sell their old pieces are in keeping with the spirit of the coin exchange that has been in place for decades.
With 12,000 square meters of dedicated space, there will be enough room to meet expectations.
Many anniversaries will be celebrated
There are a number of milestone birthdays to celebrate, such as 100 years of the Citroën 5CV, 60 years of the MGB and 50 years of the Renault 5. These cars will bring back memories for many visitors. An exhibition of old motorcycles is also on the program.
A special parking lot will be available for classic car drivers arriving with cars over 40 years old.
