Lord March has announced the provisional dates for the two biggest British events in historic motorsport. And it is certainly worth making a note of the dates in your diary and possibly trying to get tickets soon, as the two events usually sell out well in advance.
Goodwood Festival of Speed - June 26 to 29, 2014
As every year, the Festival of Speed will take place in Goodwood Park and, in addition to rare and fascinating cars, will attract lots of celebrities and racing legends, as well as many thousands of spectators.
Goodwood Revival - September 12 to 14, 2014
While the Festival of Speed is more of a show ride, the Revival offers hard-hitting racing action. Once again, the clock will be turned back by around 50 years (and more) and vehicles from the past will compete in around 16 races.
Advance ticket sales start on October 31, 2013 at 09:00 (English time, i.e. 10:00 in continental Europe).
Zwischengas readers will of course be kept up to date, but news about the Goodwood events can also be found on the organizer's website.
