From September 4 to 6, 2015, countless beautiful classic cars will once again meet in Schwetzingen for the eleventh International Concours d'Elégance Automobile called AvD-Classic-Gala 2015.
A concours of the highest class
The Classic Gala Schwetzingen is a classic car event that has established itself as the leading exhibition event for classic automobiles of the highest quality beyond the state borders.
The past Concours in the circular palace gardens of Schwetzingen offered some of the most exclusive presentations of classic cars in the world, with more than 180 of the world's finest automobiles from 1900 to 1980 on display.
An automotive journey through history
During the eleventh Classic Gala, a journey through time will take place, starting in 1885 and divided exactly according to the FIVA categories. Start with the veterans up to 1904, experience the imperial era up to 1918, then the upswing of the 1920s and the first heyday of the 1930s.
In the western half of the park, the economic miracle era and the dreams of the 1960s await. The exotic cars of the seventies and the classics of the future also await you, complemented by the special show "Super sports cars of all decades".

The 2015 special shows will feature a host of rare special bodies:

- Special show Maybach automobiles
- Jaguar Club Show
- and for the first time at a Concours: the most beautiful small cars in the world
A classic car festival for young and old
In addition to the vehicle exhibition and presentation, various exhibitors invite you to experience their products and brands, live music pampers the ears of visitors and an art exhibition by renowned artists with live painting as well as culinary delights and fashion ensure enthusiastic visitors and satisfied participants.
Opening hours and admission prices
The park is open from 10:00 to 18:00 and the regular admission prices for Schwetzingen Palace apply: 5 euros for adults, the reduced price is 2.50 euros.
