After a coronavirus-related break in 2020, Auto Zürich is more vibrant than ever and will open its doors in the north of the city of Zurich from November 4 to 7, 2021.
On course for growth
In contrast to the continuing downward trend in exhibitor numbers at international motor shows, the 34th Auto Zürich can continue the trend reversal already achieved in 2019 with a 10% increase in visitor numbers. In November 2021, Auto Zürich will be able to present 43 brands and over 80 new products. In addition, there will be a completely new and contemporary exhibition design with a significant upgrade of the perceptible quality and quality of stay as well as the implementation of extensive measures in terms of sustainability.
The topic of "electromobility" is becoming another strong pillar of Auto Zürich, which is introducing a new module this year with the "ev experience" in the form of a cross-brand advice and test drive center for electric vehicles.
Exciting Classic Hall
The first edition of Auto Zürich Classic was already unusually popular with exhibitors and visitors in its first year and immediately became the most popular trade fair for classic cars in Switzerland.
The coexistence of modern and historic automobiles has proven its worth. Katrin Rau from the Touring Garage in Oberweningen comments: "We had a lot of new contacts, met people who are not normally part of the classic car scene. And this subsequently led to new customers and sales of classic cars". In any case, the Touring Garage's involvement paid off, and it will be back again on November 4-7, 2021, as will most of the other classic car specialists showing their cars at the premiere.
