Beaulieu is hoping for everyday cars from the sixties, seventies and eighties for the new "Forgotten Favorites" exhibition, which will be part of the award-winning International Autojumble, taking place again on Saturday, September 4 and Sunday, September 5, 2021.
"Forgotten Favourites" honors the bread-and-butter cars from the years 1960 to 1990 that used to be found on every street corner but have long since been forgotten. This special show brings back memories of family vacations, driving lessons, hot vinyl seats and beige paint jobs with long-lost first cars, family coaches and hatchbacks.
Everyday cars from back then
Is your beloved historic vehicle from before 1990 an everyday car that is rarely seen on the roads today? Perhaps it is the very car you learned to drive, or reminds you of the car your parents used to drive? Then apply for a place in the exhibition at beaulieu.co.uk/events/international-autojumble/forgotten-favorites. Places are limited and entry to the show is free for accepted vehicles. Successful owners will receive entry tickets to the International Autojumble.
From the Vauxhall Chevette, Renault 16, Austin Allegro and Datsun Bluebird to the Volkswagen Polo, Citroen CX, Triumph Toledo and Volvo 240, not to mention the rarely seen DAF 66, the Talbot Samba and many more... all examples are welcome.
Cornerstone of the season
Eagerly awaited by thousands of car enthusiasts, the International Autojumble has been a cornerstone of the event season for over half a century and the place to look for bargains and great buys.

A Bonhams auction will take place on both days of the fair, with automobiles going under the hammer from 11 a.m. on Saturday, while collectors' cars and motorcycles will be auctioned from 10 a.m. on Sunday.
