On June 14, the classic car scene will meet for the seventh time at the Old Wheels in Biel. More than 1000 vehicles of all kinds are expected in and around the Tissot Arena. For the first time, an Old Wheels Parts Market is planned, a small but excellent parts market in the foyer of the arena. Specialist literature, enamel signs, model cars, vintage fashion and automobilia of all kinds will also be on offer.
Rides on old tractors
A special feature of this year's edition will be vintage tractors. More than 20 vehicles are expected in Biel. There will be a unique opportunity to see these impressive machines up close. Various tractor-related events are planned, such as rides and much more.
Riding the bus like 85 years ago
Even the Biel/Bienne public transport company will be there again with its vintage vehicle: trolleybus no. 21 from 1940 will be on standby and invites you to take a free ride, a journey back in time to historic public transport, as it were. In addition to the festival restaurant on the Place Publique and several restaurants, the culinary offerings will be supplemented by additional food and drink stands.
Classic car parking spaces in the enthusiast area cost CHF 30, in the outdoor area CHF 20 including all vehicle occupants. The regular single entry fee is 10 francs.
