60 years ago, Automobili Lamborghini began building its plant in what was then an entirely rural area. The company was founded on May 6, 1963. Ferruccio Lamborghini thus realized his dream of establishing himself as a sports car manufacturer in an industry dominated by just a few brands at the time.
From the very beginning, the founder and his particularly young engineers showed a passion for innovation and a desire to break through the dogmas of the sports car world. Their ideas were groundbreaking and resulted in a fundamental revolution. These values, which are still the foundation of the company today, led to the creation of legendary vehicles such as the Miura: the model coined the term "super sports car" and has since inspired the entire automotive industry with its spirit and lines. Over the years, Automobili Lamborghini has continued to evolve, creating icons of unique style, technology and performance. They have inspired entire generations and millions of people by conveying the DNA and values on which they are based.
