2020) will be an "Italian Job Edition". Just like in the 1969 film of the same name, the participants will drive to Italy during the Saturday rally. Not all the way to Venice, but on the way there, namely to Malles/Mals in the Italian Vinschgau Valley. The route not only involves searching for gold, but also completing numerous regularity tests. The reward is once again an attractive non-cash prize, which will be presented at the gala dinner at Suvretta House.
The motto fits well, as a whole series of British classics make their appearance in the 1969 film.
The traditional Concours d'Elégance is on the program on Sunday. As in 2019, a high-ranking jury headed by jury president Marco Makaus will judge the vehicles in three categories: pre-war vehicles up to 1945, classic cars up to 1980 and youngtimers from 1981 onwards. The winner of each category will receive the "First in Class" award. One of the three category winners will receive the "Best in Show" award and thus a valuable non-cash prize.
Various attractions will frame the Concours d'Elégance, more details will be communicated later.
Registration for the 27th BCCM St. Moritz "The Italian Job Edition" starts on December 1, 2019. You can register directly on the website.
