Over 1000 Audi quattros took part last year and the quattrolegende in honor of the Audi quattro will also take place in St. Gilgen am Wolfgangsee in 2017. The 12th edition will take place from June 28 to July 1 and will feature a number of innovations.
The event starts on Thursday with an alpine trip to the Tauplitzalm. On Friday, training takes place in the Postalm Arena, before the "St. Gilgen city circuit" vehicle parade takes place in the evening. On Saturday, two regularity runs and demo runs of the rally cars are on the program.
Legendary models from the 1980s will be on display in the historic Audi quattro exhibition in St. Gilgen. But there are also newer models to see - at the AudiWelt Wolfgangsee. The AudiWelt offers vehicles that are too new for the quattro legend the opportunity to get up close and personal.
This year, quattrolegende is also being supported by MotorSport Insider. The magazine has been reporting on motorsport for 15 years and has now become a sponsor of the "cult event" quattrolegende.
