One week after OLMA, St. Gallen will once again become a classic car mecca. In the eleventh edition, well over 100 exhibitors will once again present their offerings in 3 exhibition halls. This year, a number of new dealers will be joining the line-up.
Renate and Peter Hürlimann, themselves "active mechanics", attach great importance to a wide range of spare parts and restoration materials. Models, tools, care products, literature, period clothing and much more will delight collectors. Service providers such as restorers, engine repairers, painters, coachbuilders, saddlers and mechanics specialists will be on hand to offer advice and assistance. Insurance companies and classic car hotels will also be showcasing their services. The range of complete vehicles is also to be expanded; last year many vehicles found a new owner.
The newly founded Swiss Historic Vehicle Federation (SHVF) will be presenting itself at the trade fair; it will be the first appearance of the new umbrella organization. The special exhibition will be organized by the Citröen Traction Avant Club, and the Friends of Old Motorcycles and the Oldtimer Club of Eastern Switzerland are also sure to present interesting exhibits.
Three restaurants will be inviting visitors to enjoy petrol talks. There is a limited number of free parking spaces for classic cars in the arena, but these are likely to be filled early if the weather is good.
Further information about the event can be found on the website of the Oldtimermesse 2015
